- Hair must be clean, product free and stretched. No oils, gels, leave-ins or grease.
- Hair must be at least 6 inches (10 cm) across your entire head
- Hair must be in cornrows. If not, book a cornrow add-on.
- Blow-dry add-on must be booked in advance.
- Non-compliance = cancellation & loss of retainer.
- Due to limited space, please arrive no more than 5 minutes early.

Consultations available for wig fit or cornrow preparation.

BUNDLE GUIDE

Traditional sew-in (with leave out): Minimum 3 bundles
Microlinks: Minimum 3 bundles
Curly installs: Raw hair blends best with natural hair
Sew-ins are beginner-friendly (may have minor imperfections)

- Bundles must be washed, even if new. If not, please book the Bundle Wash add-on
- I do not install cut-up bundles, synthetic or low-quality hair
- I accept wigs not made by me, but if they’re unsuitable, the appointment will be cancelled
- Wigs must be clean and match your head size. If not, I cannot proceed for quality and scalp safety

No same-day customization

Drop-off times:
Tuesday – Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM. No hair accepted after 7 PM.
No drop-offs on Sundays or Mondays.
Note: The drop-off address is different from the salon location.
The correct address will be sent to you via email after booking.

Deadlines:
Standard services: Drop off 3–4 business days before
Coloring: Drop off 5–7 business days before

SQUEEZE INS

Available for next-day or after-hours bookings

LATE ARRIVALS

Over 20 minutes late = cancellation or reschedule.
This is allowed only once!

CANCELLATIONS

Must be done at least 48 hours before
Missed cancellations / appointments =
retainer converted into a voucher for 3 months + future bookings may be restricted.

VOUCHER

If you reschedule or cancel within the 48 hour window,
your retainer will be converted into a voucher equal to the original amount.
This voucher can be used within 3 months for a future booking.
After 3 months, the voucher expires and the retainer is forfeited.
ALL VOUCHERS EXPIRE AFTER 3 MONTHS AND WILL BE FORFEITED.

RETAINER

All appointments require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer.
The retainer will be deducted from your total service cost.
For no-shows or missed prep, your retainer will be converted into a voucher, valid for 3 months.
If the appointment is rescheduled by me, your retainer remains valid

REFUNDS

We offer a 72-hour grace period for clients to report any issues or concerns regarding their hair or appointment.
During this time, we will assess the problem and provide a suitable solution.
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to finding a fair resolution for both parties.
