Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Please note that some products may be restricted from international delivery due to customs or courier limitations.
2. Processing Time

All hair products are processed on demand and require a standard processing time of 2 weeks before dispatch.
- Processing time refers to the preparation period required to source, create, and package your order. This does not include shipping transit times.
- Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales periods, or unforeseen events.

Digital products and services (such as webinars and online trainings) are delivered electronically by email after purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, approximate transit times are:
- Domestic (within the Netherlands): 1-3 business days
- International: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Weights may be rounded up to the next full unit, in line with carrier policies.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery charges.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
- Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to become active.
6. Responsibility After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.
- Tishaire is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages once tracking shows the order as “Delivered.”
- If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, you must open a claim directly with the courier.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders scanned as “Delivered.”

Delivery delays do not entitle you to cancel an order or claim compensation.
7. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct.
- We cannot modify an order once it has been shipped.
- Orders returned or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded.
8. Changes to Orders
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address, shipping method, or items within the order.
