Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations when purchasing from us.
1. General Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
2. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because all of our hair products are processed on demand and require a preparation period before shipment. Our standard processing time is 2 weeks, during which sourcing, preparation, and packaging begin immediately.
3. Hair Products (Bundles, Wigs, Extensions)
3.1 Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3.2 To be eligible for a return or exchange (if applicable):

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Any seals or ties must be intact.

You must notify us of the defect or error within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, by contacting us at support@tishaire.com.
3.3 If approved, exchanges will be for the same product originally ordered, subject to stock availability. Refunds (where applicable) will be made to the original method of payment.
3.4 We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with colour, texture, or pattern, as hair is a natural product and variations are expected.
4. Digital Products & Services (Webinars, Training, Downloads)
4.1 All digital products and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access has been granted.
4.2 Dissatisfaction with the content, style, or delivery of a digital product does not constitute a defect and does not give rise to a refund.
4.3 Access to live webinars is limited to the scheduled date and time. Replay access will only be available if expressly stated at the time of purchase.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and internet connection meet the technical requirements to access our digital services. We cannot issue refunds due to technical difficulties outside our control.
5. Shipping Returns (Hair Products Only)
5.1 If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
5.2 We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
6. Exchanges

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or incorrect upon arrival.

To request an exchange, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing support@tishaire.com with your order number, photos, and details of the issue.

If approved, we will exchange the item for the same product and length originally ordered, subject to stock availability.

If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative of equal value or issue a refund at our discretion.

Exchanges are not permitted for reasons of change of mind, dissatisfaction with colour, curl pattern, or texture, as hair is a natural product and variations are expected.

Digital products and services (including webinars, online training, and downloads) are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
7. Exchanges Outside the EU
For international orders outside the EU, please note that customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items and promotional offers are final sale, unless defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@tishaire.com.
